How the Pink Potato vegetarian restaurant welcomes a table

The Pink Potato vegetarian restaurant is a group of dining rooms in Chennai, not a single counter. Velachery, Poes Garden, and Kilpauk share one menu and one idea: vegetarian food can be festive, spicy, familiar, and surprising on the same table.

The kitchens draw on tandoor cooking, Indian gravies, Italian plates, and a few dishes that belong only here, such as the pink beetroot soup. Nothing is an afterthought for guests who do not eat meat. The whole card is written for them.

A Pink Potato vegetarian restaurant meal often starts with something crisp from the tandoor, moves through a gravy or a biriyani, and ends with a dessert the table can split. Gulab jamun, gajar ka halwa, and saffron panna cotta are all in regular service.

The rooms are meant to be seen. Photographs on the stores page show the light, the colour, and the way tables are set. Come for a working lunch or stay into the evening. Hours at each outlet are 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM.

Values on this page are the practical ones the team uses. Ingredients should be fresh, the cooking should keep learning, and a guest should feel looked after from the door to the last plate. That is the standard the outlets are held to.

Franchise questions go to the corporate office on Halls Road, Kilpauk, not to the dining room phone. Call +91 70944 79145 or write to aneesh@paulsons.in. Reservation calls stay with the outlet you plan to visit.

If you want the plates themselves, open the vegetarian menu. If you are choosing a neighbourhood, the three Chennai outlets list has the phone and the map for each room. New visitors can also begin on the Pink Potato home page.

The Pink Potato vegetarian restaurant keeps its public photos on Instagram. They are the quickest way to see a new dish before it is in front of you.

A first visit to the Pink Potato vegetarian restaurant is simpler if you decide the neighbourhood before you decide the dishes. The rooms are close enough in spirit that the menu you liked in a photograph is the menu you will be handed.

Staff at the Pink Potato vegetarian restaurant will tell you which gravy is hotter and which dessert is large enough to share. Ask. The descriptions on the menu are honest, and the people in the room know which plate regulars reorder.
